Amazing experience from Living on Technology. Not only did they deliver an incredible sound system on a very tight deadline, but they did so with incredible customer service. We put a system both in our house and our backyard. It's like walking around in Disney world, music coming from everyone. Luis is an absolute expert in his field and very knowledgably. Living on Technology is not a transactional shop, it’s a place to build connection, with music as the catalyst. Luis has been nothing short of an incredible human: thoughtful, welcoming, and genuinely able to see you for who you are. Maria is an additional complement to that, and the two together are a dynamic duo. Their own version of Batman and Robin (with Luis being Robin, sorry not sorry Luis) I came in looking to improve my audio system for my KEF LS50s and wanted an integrated streamer, amplifier, and DAC. The entire experience was collaborative from start to finish. Luis was diligent, patient, and deeply knowledgeable, helping me land on the right solution rather than just a sale. We ultimately chose the NAD M10 V3, a portable, powerful, and more than capable of driving my speakers. I also picked up the KEF speaker stands to reduce the muddiness caused by placing the speakers on my media console, and paired everything with the KC62 to add that extra punch for movies. The result has been incredible. There was no pretentiousness, no feeling of being an outsider of not knowing, just a shared love of music and sound. Living on Technology isn’t just about audio gear; it’s about community, trust, and the joy of experiencing music the way it’s meant to be heard.

I have to give Luis and Alfred a well-deserved five-star review for their installation at my condo. I live on the Upper East Side, and many of my components from 2012–2014 were beginning to fail. After doing some research and exploring local options, I came across Luis. We already had extensive wiring throughout the apartment, so the infrastructure was solid—but the space includes multiple rooms and built-in B&W speakers, which made the upgrade more complex. Luis did an excellent job augmenting the existing setup with Marantz gear and delivered what was truly the perfect solution for my wife and me. This included hanging two new OLED tv's. He was also extremely reasonable with both pricing and recommendations. Anyone familiar with Miami knows that many vendors start with sky-high numbers and work backward—Luis did the opposite. He was straightforward, fair, and practical from the start, and thoughtfully discussed how the system could be built out or upgraded over time. Highly recommend. Call him. Go stop at his shop.
